Absolute Zero Translations

I'm the translator for Absolute Zero. I also take care of the project updates.

Because my previous videos resulted in such unbridled praise for my incredible voice, it was an easy decision when Kajitani-Eizan approached me about dubbing Tales of the Heart: Translator’s Cut: American Edition.

It would appear that the localization staff are not Tales of Innocence fans, so we’re stuck with Mr. Ruca Milda for now.

I wanted to provide a quick update for those of you interested in hearing my thoughts on Tales of Graces f and its localization.

With Graces’ release date right around the corner, some of the localization details are starting to appear. 

It was recently brought to my attention that a pre-patched ROM of Tales of Innocence was uploaded to Blackcats. I was asked what I thought of this, so I will share said thoughts.

Cless has been hard at work on the programming side of Tales of Destiny R. I only wish I could say the same for the translation.

Seriously. There was a good write-up over on Kotaku the other day that spoke to many of the points I loved about it. Of course, everyone remembers my fanboyish post about it. If you haven’t played it, you really owe it to yourself to do so.

It feels like I haven’t updated the blog in ages. I guess six months is a pretty long time in internet years. I’d be lying if I said that I’ve made much progress on translation projects during this extended silence, but things are finally starting to move again.

But I’m just going to forward everything, so only the URL will be changing. There might be some brief downtime, but given how often I’ve been breaking the site recently, you’ll hardly notice the difference!
