Instead of just running the patcher like you normally would, right click it and select "Run as administrator." When I did, I didn't get that strange error message. Hopefully that will work for you. I previously ran into the Midgard one and that was solved by patching my own iso. But now when Mint tries to heal the Yggdrasil tree with the Unicorn Horn, it freezes right after the "explosion" happens. I'm assuming there's another FMV there that I can't manage to skip. It's an odd kind of freeze too, unlike the Midgard glitch. There's still sound playing, sounds like wind blowing or whatnot, but nothing ever appears on the screen.
